Flexible Polyurethane Foam (termed as PU Foam) is a type of material has high versatility. It is can be cut or shaped according to requirement of customers. WANSERN converts the PU Foam to any shape by slicing, vertical cutting, contour cutting, convolution or profile cutting, die cutting and peeling to serve the different purpose of customers.

Slicing
	The minimum thickness as 2mm ~ 2.5mm can be slice from one foam block according to the conditions of foam grade density.

Vertical Cutting
Cutting the PU foam into simple shape like square, rectangle, or according the drafts given by customer.
